Listening is at the heart of my coaching practice.
If there’s something you’d like to explore more deeply, coaching may help.
Think of coaching as having a sparring partner — someone alongside you to think things through, ask thoughtful questions and help clarify what’s on your mind.
Sometimes we already know more than we think we do.
I create the conditions for you to hear your thinking more clearly. You'll have space to slow down, notice what’s there and consider what might be possible.
You won’t be told what you "should" do. Instead, we’ll explore what matters to you, look at things from different angles and work out what you want to do next.
I'm an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching (AC) and have completed the Cambridge Advanced Executive Coaching Program.
What is coaching with me like?
“I got exactly what I had hoped for, which was clarity of thought and an unravelling of complex, intertwined issues.”
— Business Leader
Curious about coaching with me?
If you’ve been wondering whether coaching might be useful, we can start with a conversation and see whether it feels like the right fit,
You are invited to bring whatever’s on your mind, and we’ll see where the conversation takes us.
If we decide to work together, I generally recommend starting with six sessions.
